29th Labs

Approach

How 29th Labs works, from the first conversation to long after launch: discover, define, design, build, launch and evolve.

01How we work

How a project moves through us.

What happens after you get in touch: six steps, in order, from the first conversation through launch and beyond.

  1. Discover

The problem, who it's for and what success looks like.

  2. Define

Scope, priorities and a plan, agreed in writing.

  3. Design

The product in real screens, reviewed together before it is built.

  4. Build

Engineered in short steps you can see and use.

  5. Launch

Checked end to end, then released with care.

  6. Evolve

Measured, learned from and improved after launch.

In practice

Nothing is built before it is agreed, and nothing is hidden while it is built.

  • In writing

Scope, priorities and the plan are written down and agreed before design starts. If they change, they change in writing too.

  • In real screens

Design is reviewed together as real screens before anything is built, so decisions are made on what people will actually see.

  • In short steps

The build arrives in steps you can see and use as it goes, not all at once at the end.

  • After launch

Launch is a step, not the end. What happens next is measured, learned from and used to improve the product.

  • On time and cost

We don't quote a timeline or a price before we understand the work. Both are part of the plan agreed in the Define step.

Next

It starts with the first conversation.
